Using the Service

We provide a marketplace to connect product creators with expert reviewers. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of content you submit, and compliance with applicable laws when using the Service.

Intellectual property

All content provided by PhaseReview or its licensors is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain any ownership rights in content you submit, but grant PhaseReview a license to operate the Service and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhaseReview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
